The shoot of the  film ‘Brahmasthram’ directed by Somanath  has completed. It tells the story of a boatman’s family. His daughter Sindhu was good in studies and after her  plus two  she was sent to study nursing. There she had to face ragging from senior students. She was raped by some of the rich recalcitrant students. Some of their parents were members of the management and they were not booked.  The only person who took interest in the case was Vasudevan MLA .   Superintend of Police Indrajeet came to investigate the case. He was also a lawyer and appeared in the court for the arguement.  Dhanya dons the role of Sindhu and Saiju Kurup as S.P Indrajeet. Vijaya Raghavan dons the role of MLA. They are supported by Jagathy, Madhu, Suraj, Rajan P.Dev, Kollam Thulasi, Idavela Babu, Atlas Rama Chandran, Maidhili, Kanakalatha and others. R.H Ashok wields the camera.
