Applicant should have a pass in the Higher Secondary examination or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology as prescribed by the various Universities in Kerala.

Prospectus and application forms will be available from 25th May, 2010 onwards from the member colleges. Prospectus and Application form can also be downloaded from the website of the Association: www.amsfnck.org. Applications can also be submitted on line on the website. Completed applications with all the documents required should reach the Office of the Controller of Examinations, AMSFNCK, Lisie Hospital Campus, Kochi -682018.

The last date for receipt of completed application form is 10-06-2010.
